how do men and women communicate differently?

It has been said that men and women communicate differently. This claim has been backed up by research which has shown that there are indeed differences in the way that men and women communicate. The question is, how do these differences manifest themselves? One way in which men and women communicate differently is in the use of verbal and non-verbal communication. It has been shown that women are more likely to use non-verbal communication than men. This includes the use of body language, facial expressions and tone of voice. Women also tend to use more verbal communication than men. This includes the use of more words, more questions and more self-disclosure. Another difference between the way men and women communicate is in the way they process information. Women have been shown to be better at multitasking than men and they are also better at taking in and processing emotional information. This means that women are more likely to be able to communicate effectively when there ...

why the gender pay gap doesn't exist solely because of sexism

There is no clear-cut answer to this question. While it is true that men and women earn different salaries for doing the same job, this difference can be attributed to a variety of factors other than sexism. For example, women are more likely to take time off work to care for children or other family members, which can lead to them being paid less over the course of their careers. Additionally, women are often choose to enter lower-paying jobs and industries, and they are less likely to ask for raises or promotions than their male counterparts.

So, while discrimination and sexism may play a small role in the gender pay gap, there are a number of other factors that contribute to the problem. This is not to say that sexism (both genders) doesn’t exist in the workplace, but rather that the gender pay gap is a complex issue with a variety of causes.

well you might ask what about sport? well the truth is that not as many people watch women's sport because it is not as good. There are a number of reasons why women are not as good as men at sports. One reason is that women have less testosterone than men, which gives men an advantage in terms of muscle mass and strength. Another reason is that men tend to be taller than women, which gives them a longer reach and a higher centre of gravity. Finally, men have been playing sports for longer than women, so they have more experience and are better at strategic thinking.

Now you might be thinking I am just mocking women but there are a number of things that women are good at that men aren't. One of these is multitasking. Women have been shown to be better at multitasking than men, likely because they are more accustomed to doing so. Another thing that women are good at is taking care of others. This is again likely due to socialization, as women are typically expected to be the caretakers in a family. They are also generally better at communication than men, which can be beneficial in both personal and professional contexts.

I hope this has opened you up to a more open and positive view and I am always open to having my opinion changed in the comments.
